-Yes this was planned. (whoo who!!)
-I'm 6 weeks along... and have my first OB appointment on October 8th! According to my calculations (and the help of a few websites) my approximate due date is May 18th.
-We found out the day before we left for the cruise... thankfully!
So while we have a long road ahead of us and we're all excited... I'm still nervous for the first trimester. So far I'm feeling awesome. Just a bit bloated, which could be from all the pizza and ice cream I had on the cruise. And I'm extremely exhausted ALL. DAY. LONG! But no sickness so far!! But from what I hear, that can still hit at any time. I'm hoping I continue on this path, considering my sister and mom both had limited sickness during their pregnancies.
And thanks to the awesome technology of the internet... I was able to find out what our child will look like, be it a boy or a girl! I'm a bit worried.
So that's it! Are you surprised?

That said, I am totally and entirely excited for you! You have NO IDEA! I straight up gasped here at work when I read this - gasped with glee and excitement! (I feel bad because one of my first thoughts was, "Dude, she is going to take some amazing photos of this kid." Heehee.)
